ORDER INFORMATION

• All orders must be placed by phone.
  
  
• Rush orders are available, depending on our production schedule. Additional rush order fee may apply.
  
  
• All orders custom-made to your specifications with deposit and signed contract.
  
  
• A 50% deposit is required to begin production, balance upon shipping.
  
  
• Promise date will be posted on faxed contract when the deposit is made.
  
  
• If more than 4 weeks required, client will be notified at the time of ordering. Production time is 2-4 weeks generally.
  
  
• Prices do not include shipping. We do not charge additional handling charges.
  
  
• No credit accounts.
  
  
• Full payment required before costumes are shipped.
  
  
• We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express , DiscoverMoney Orders, Cashier's Checks and business checks.
